Math and the Mona Lisa

Special thanks and fraternal greetings to Friend of Naval (FON), Dr. Bülent Atalay for providing the Brothers, friends, and guests an evening of fellowship in honor of Leonardo Da Vinci’s genius – on his 558th birthday! Bülent’s “hands-on” presentation and discussion reinforced the timeless message of Leonardo’s model – bringing together art, architecture, science, and mathematics in a way that bridges the cultural divide prevailing in our age of specialization.
